でろんでろんギョーザ。

久々に、でろんでろんギョーザを食べに「福蘭」へ。
青山ベルコモンズ横、キラー通りを北上するとあるその店は知る人ぞ知る、知らない人は微塵も知らないTOKIWA裏ミシュラン三つ星店。
「自動ドア」と書かれた手動ドアを開けると、絶望的に汚い店内がわれらをお出迎え。
しかしながら、それ以上に絶望的な美味さのギョーザ。それがここの『でろんでろんギョーザ』。
いや、そもそもギョーザと呼んでいいものか。
これはもはや福蘭のオバハンの生み出した独創料理と言った方が余程好ましい。
説明するなれば、
「焼きギョーザ」を制作途中で強引に「水ギョーザ」に方向転換させ、かと思いきやそいつをすかさず取り出し油で揚げて「揚げギョーザ」に昇華させた後、また改めてじっくりコトコト強火で煮込み直した、ギョーザっぽいなんかのドロドロな姿煮。
な感じ。
こればっかりは説明しても伝わるまい・・。
ただ間違いなく言えるのは、ハンパなくウンマイってこと。
したたり落ちんばかりの肉汁。
監禁された肉虐をほじくれば、密壷からはあふれんばかりの情欲が染み出す。
口の中一杯、無理矢理にも押し込まれたソレは私の愉悦の扉の鍵をこじ開け、やがて蜜の宴は絶頂を迎えるわけで・・。
「ん・・・ご、ご、ご・・・んはぁぁぁ・・・」
